1. Introduction and Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Bizbet and the Services provided by Bizbet Ltd (the Operator). By accessing the Site or placing bets, you enter into a legally binding agreement with the Operator. Bizbet may amend these Terms from time to time; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree, cease use immediately.

2. Definitions

  • Device means any computer, mobile device, or other equipment used to access the Site and the Services.
  • Software means the computer programs, data files and other content necessary to access and use the Site and the Services.
  • Services means the Sportsbook, Games and Software provided through the Site, including any promotions or ancillary services.
  • Promotions means any bonus, free bet, cashback, or other offer made available by Bizbet from time to time under separate terms.
  • Account means the delegated profile established by a User to access and use the Services.
  • Restricted Jurisdictions means jurisdictions where participation in online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.

3. Grant of Licence; Intellectual Property

Bizbet grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Software solely for your own private, non-commercial purposes in connection with the Services. All intellectual property rights in the Software, Site Content and material on the Site remain with Bizbet or its licensors. You may not copy, decompile, reverse engineer, adapt, translate, publish, distribute or create derivative works of the Software or any Site Content, nor transfer its use to any third party. You may not remove, alter or obscure any proprietary notices. Bizbet reserves all rights not expressly granted herein.

4. Eligibility; Age and Prohibited Persons

Access to and use of the Services is limited to individuals who are capable of forming binding contracts and are at least 18 years old, or the age required by law in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher. You must not use the Services if you are a resident of a Restricted Jurisdiction or if access is otherwise unlawful. Bizbet may request evidence of age and identity and will suspend or terminate an Account if proper proof is not provided or if there is reasonable suspicion of underage use or other prohibited activity.

5. Account Registration and Security

To open an Account you must provide accurate, current and complete information as requested during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your Account. You must promptly notify Bizbet of any unauthorized use or security breach. Bizbet reserves the right to suspend, review or close an Account where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion, or breach of these Terms.

6. Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Security

  • Deposits: You may fund your Account using the payment methods available to Bizbet. You must not use methods not owned or controlled by you. Bizbet shall not be liable for losses arising from use of unauthorised payment methods.
  • Withdrawals: Withdrawals are subject to verification and compliance checks. You may be required to provide government issued identification and proof of address before any payout. In the case of cryptocurrency withdrawals, Bizbet may require additional verification steps.
  • Verification and Compliance: Bizbet may perform Know Your Customer and anti-money laundering checks, including identity and residence verification, and may request documentation at any time. You consent to provide requested information promptly.
  • Payment Processing: The responsible Payment Processor will execute withdrawal requests. Processing times vary by method and may be slowed by regulatory or technical requirements.
  • Limits and Taxes: Personal tax obligations on winnings are the User's responsibility. Bizbet does not provide tax advice. Withdrawals may be subject to applicable withholding where required by law.

7. Bets Accepted; Settlement and Results

Bets are valid only when accepted by Bizbet’s server. The official record of any betting event shall be the server log at the time of acceptance. In running or live betting, real time data is relied upon; however, discrepancies between data sources may occur. If a discrepancy is detected, Bizbet may suspend settlement pending investigation. All bets are subject to these Terms and any applicable promotion terms. It is your responsibility to ensure the details of a bet are correct prior to confirmation.

8. Promotions and Bonuses

Promotions are governed by separate terms and conditions. Bonuses and promotions are not redeemable for cash except as expressly stated and are subject to wagering requirements and game weighting as specified in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements are calculated as the sum of the deposited funds and the promotional bonus multiplied by the applicable playthrough factor. Example: a $100 deposit with a 100% bonus at 30x playthrough requires wagering $6,000 prior to withdrawal. Some games contribute differently to wagering requirements; check the promotion terms for exact contributions. Maximum cashout rules, time limits, and activity restrictions may apply. Bizbet reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate a promotion at any time without prior notice.

9. Dormant and Inactive Accounts

If an Account remains dormant or inactive for the period specified by Bizbet, Bizbet may declare the balance dormant and confiscate such funds after giving notice, subject to applicable law. Bizbet will make reasonable efforts to contact the Account holder before forfeiture.

10. Responsible Gaming

  • Self-Exclusion and Take A Break: Users may exclude themselves or set break periods via the profile settings.
  • Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits. Reductions take effect immediately; increases or removal require a waiting period before becoming effective.
  • Support: Bizbet provides tools and information to assist with responsible gaming and will refer users to external professional services if needed.

11. Privacy and Data Security

Bizbet processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. We implement industry standard security measures to protect data in transit and at rest. The Site uses cookies to enhance user experience; by continuing to use the Site you consent to our cookie practices. Details of data processing, retention and rights are described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

12. Prohibited Conduct; Fraud, Cheating and Misuse

You must not engage in any activity that undermines the integrity of the Site or the Services. Prohibited conduct includes using automated software or bots, collusion with other users, manipulating game results, exploiting software bugs, transmitting unlawful, abusive or harmful content, or attempting to access other users’ accounts. Bizbet may suspend or terminate Accounts and forfeit funds where such conduct is suspected or proven.

13. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Bizbet excludes and disclaims all implied warranties. Bizbet does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or availability of the Site or the Services. Bizbet shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or Services. The total liability of Bizbet for direct losses shall not exceed amounts actually paid by the User to Bizbet in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, except where prohibited by law.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Bizbet, its officers, employees and affiliates harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses arising from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms, including but not limited to actions taken by Bizbet in response to a breach of data security or account misuse.

15. Termination, Suspension and Forfeiture

Bizbet may suspend or terminate your Account at any time for breach of these Terms or for reasons of fraud, risk, or regulatory compliance. Upon termination, any unwithdrawn balances may be forfeited in accordance with applicable law and the Terms. Termination does not affect accrued rights and obligations that arose prior to termination.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bizbet is licensed. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved by the competent courts in that jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory dispute resolution procedures mandates by applicable law. Bizbet may offer alternative dispute resolution mechanisms or rely on regulatory bodies as appropriate; the availability of ADR does not preclude the right to pursue court action where allowed by law.

17. Amendments and Updates

Bizbet may amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated on the Site. If you disagree with updates, you must cease use. For promotions, specific promotional terms prevail in the event of any conflict with general Terms.

18. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint regarding your Account or the Services, you may submit it using Bizbet's formal complaint process and contact points. Bizbet will acknowledge complaints within a reasonable timeframe and aim to resolve them promptly. If unresolved, you may pursue alternative dispute resolution or regulatory avenues in accordance with applicable law.

19. Miscellaneous

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Bizbet and supersede all prior representations and understandings.
  • Severability: If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
  • Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without Bizbet's consent. Bizbet may assign its rights and obligations without your consent.
  • Waiver: A failure by Bizbet to enforce any right under these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of that right.
